Board of Directors (BOD)

Dewan Direksi bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan Perseroan sesuai anggaran dasar Perseroan. Atas persetujuan Dewan Komisaris, maka pada awal tahun 2007 Dewan Direksi menghentikan produksi bahan perekat kayu lapis oleh PT Perawang Perkasa Industri, salah satu anak perusahaan. Sehubungan dengan itu, jumlah karyawan juga dikurangi, sehingga pada 31 Desember 2022 hanya tersisa 49 orang.
Selama tahun 2022, Dewan Direksi telah melakukan empat kali pertemuan yang dihadiri oleh seluruh Dewan Direksi, untuk mengambil langkah-langkah antara lain, konsolidasi internal, dan merencanakan diversifikasi ke usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit.
Sehubungan dengan kondisi Perseroan yang kurang baik, selama tahun 2022 tidak dilaksanakan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi anggota Direksi.

BOD is responsible in managing the operational of the Company in line with the articles of the association. Based on the approval from the Board of Commissioners, in early 2007 the BOD has stopped the plywood glue production of PT Perawang Perkasa Industri, one of the subsidiary company. Number of employe has been decreased so on 31^st December 2022 remained 49 employes.
During 2022, the Board of Directors conducted four meetings attended by all of the BODs, among others to settle internal consolidation, and planning for the diversification to oil palm plantation business.
Due to insufficent condition of the Company, during 2022 there were no training for improvement for the BODs’ competency.
