Board of Commissioners (BOC)

Tugas utama Dewan Komisaris adalah mengawasi Dewan Direksi dalam mengelola Perseroan. Sejak 11 Juni 2021, Dewan Komisaris memiliki satu orang komisaris independen yaitu bapak Drs. Hardi SH., MM., MH., Ak., CPA, CA, ACPAcc. Dewan Komisaris telah menyetujui penghentian produksi panel kayu secara keseluruhan pada awal tahun 2006, dan penghentian produksi bahan perekat kayu lapis pada awal tahun 2007. Selama tahun 2022 Dewan Komisaris telah mengadakan empat kali pertemuan yang dihadiri oleh seluruh Dewan Komisaris untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Dewan Direksi, Komite Audit, dan rencana diversifikasi usaha Perseroan.

The principal duty of the Board of Commissioners is to supervise the management carried out by the Board of Directors. Since June 11^th 2021, the Board of Commisioners has one independent commissioner, he is Mr. Drs. Hardi SH., MM., MH., Ak., CPA, CA, ACPAcc. The Board of Commissioners has approved the decision to stop the wood panel production totally in early 2006, and also the plywood glue production in early 2007. During 2022, The Board of Commissioners has held 4 meetings attended by all the BOCs to evaluate the perfomance of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the Company’s plan for diversification.
